The next installment in a series that has evolved over the past ten years, Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War promises to be dramatic, moving and awe-inspiring, bringing momentous events that affect mankind's future to a crescendo. Even though the screen will be filled with a host of superheroes, we can rest assured that their individual personalities will remain in the foreground.
Our anticipation has also been raised sky-high by the prospect of long-established characters finally meeting on the big screen for the first time. We get a good taste of the characters in a new video, which goes behind the scenes with the actors. What happens, for example, when the combustible Guardians of the Galaxy (including Chris Pratt) meet a founding member of the Avengers, the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth)? What about when the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) meets Okoye (Danai Gurira) from Black Panther, or when Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) encounters Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) for the first time? On the other hand, why is Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) "infatuated" with him? For his part, why does Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) consider Tony Stark to be "the godfather"? After all, it's the heroes, and the actors who embody them, that keep bringing us back to theaters.
