Seeking a cure for an unusual affliction, Jacob (George MacKay) travels to a special clinic in Wolf. There, Jacob undergoes treatments, along with others like him, who all believe that they are animals trapped in human bodies. When he meets the mysterious Wildcat (Lily-Rose Depp), their friendship soon blossoms into something more, prompting Jacob to consider what personal sacrifices he is willing to make for true love.
