Furious 7 doesn't hit theaters till this weekend, but already star Vin Diesel has begun dishing details about its inevitable sequel. But don't worry, there aren't really any spoilers here for either Furious 7 or whatever The Fast and the Furious 8 ends up being called, just a tantalizing appetizer.

The current movie is anchored around Diesel's character and the core team he's been punching physics in the face with for the last few movies, but it does introduce us to a few new faces. Djimon Hounsou, Ronda Rousey and Nathalie Emmanuel all pop up in the movie and make big impressions, but the biggest new character we get to meet is... Mr. Nobody.

Seriously, Mr. Nobody is the officially credited name of Kurt Russell's character. He's a shadowy government agent who lends a lot of fancy gear to Diesel's crew in exchange for them retrieving a cutting-edge piece of technology that the government would love to covertly get its hands on.

Russell steals every scene he's in -- no surprise there, he is Kurt freaking Russell, after all -- and according to Diesel, he's about to steal FF8 as well.

Diesel told Jimmy Kimmel that Russell's character really exists in Furious 7 just to become even more important in FF8, which will tell a story involving Mr. Nobody that's set in New York City, a city the franchise has yet to destroy. Unfortunately those are the only details we have right now, but considering how fun Russell is in this movie, we can only look forward to even more of him next time around.
