Well, it's official. Summit Entertainment sent out a press release that states that the last book in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series will be released as two separate films with the first of the two slated to be released in theaters on November 18, 2011. Academy Award winner Bill Condon will direct both films.
The project is currently being written by Melissa Rosenberg and will start production in the fall.
