The latest trailer for Joseph Gordon-Levitt's action-thriller Premium Rush arrived late yesterday. The film finds JGL playing a New York bicycle messenger who picks up a mysterious envelope during his daily delivery route. He's soon pursued by a dirty cop played by Michael Shannon who is willing to kill to get his hands on the envelope.

Co-written and directed by David Koepp (he wrote Panic Room, Jurassic Park and 2002's Spider-Man), Premium Rush hits theaters August 24th and co-stars Dania Ramirez and Jamie Chung.
