The Dark Tower: Stephen King and young Tim Taylor both shared the latest image from The Dark Tower on social media. Taylor plays Jake Chambers, who accompanies gunslinger Roland Deschain (Idris Elba) on a journey to stop villains from destroying the universe. Jumanji: Dwayne Johnson, who will soon be starting production with Kevin Hart and Jack Black on a new version of family adventure Jumanji, now says: "For the record we are NOT making a reboot, but rather a continuation of the awesome Jumanji story." Cops: The long-running reality television show Cops (above) is heading to the big screen. Ruben Fleischer (Zombieland, Gangster Squad) is attached to direct. The series was launched in 1989 and is still on the air. The movie version will aim to be an "edgy narrative feature with a buddy-comedy bent," similar to Lethal Weapon.
