Seth Rogen in Neighbors

Neighbors: Seth Rogen has been "having a lot of discussions" about a sequel to comedy hit Neighbors. Rogen's company produced the film, which has made more than $220 million worldwide. Pacific Rim

Pacific Rim: Although Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim made hundreds of millions of dollars at the box office, the question of a sequel has been left up in the air, in part because the film's budget was so high (nearly $200 million). But del Toro says that he has been working on a script with Zak Penn (X-Men: The Last Stand, The Incredible Hulk) "for a few months now in secret. We found a way to twist it around." However, this doesn't mean the sequel will happen: “I don’t have the money, but I’m proceeding like it is happening,” he added. [BuzzFeed]
