Imagine having a random encounter with a beautiful, way-out-of-your-league celebrity a long time ago, then suddenly finding out years later that the celebrity in question actually had a crush on you and you totally blew it. That's exactly what happened to Jimmy Fallon recently when he had Nicole Kidman on The Tonight Show. Just watching Fallon come to the realization that his younger, sloppier, video game-lovin' self had a shot at scoring with the one and only Nicole Kidman is, quite simply, priceless.
Watch how it all went down below. If only he didn't love playing video games so much... what could have been!
Kidman was on the show to talk about Paddington, where she plays the character Millicent in a story about a family who befriend the iconic Peruvian bear while he's on a quest to find a new home in London. The film, which stars a number of veteran British talent (Jim Broadbent, Imelda Staunton, Peter Capaldi, Julie Walters and more), is already being adored by critics worldwide. Here's how one reviewer describes it: "Wildly entertaining, genuinely funny and exuding a heart as sticky as a marmalade sandwich, this happy film, whose furry star is the much loved character from Michael Bond's best selling children's books, is every bit as good as expected."
Paddington arrives in theaters on January 16. Watch the trailer for it below.
