Godzilla Minus One brought in over $50 million in the U.S. alone, making it the all-time top grossing Japanese film in America. It ends its theatrical run on February 1, but not without a little gift to thank the fans who made the King of Monsters’ latest appearance such a success.
Godzilla Minus One Minus Color is a fully remastered monochrome version of the movie, which depicts Godzilla wreaking havoc on Tokyo as the city struggles to rebuild after World War II. As you can see in the exclusive clip below, this version really looks as though it was shot on black-and-white film, making for a new take on the movie's human drama and monster action.
