Is Daniel Craig officially done with 007?

Yes, according to a new report from the sometimes sketchy Daily Mail, which claim Craig turned down a monster offer of something close to $100 million to return as James Bond for two more films.

There's been a ton of talk surrounding Craig following SPECTRE as to whether he'd be back or not. Many thought he had one film left on his contract, though rumors suggest a knee injury Craig suffered while filming the last Bond movie may have factored heavily into his decision not to return.

It might be for the best, too, since the distribution rights have also expired for MGM, which means another studio may take over the reins of the Bond franchise. Seems fitting a new Bond would slide into the picture at the same time, especially as the last one ended with Bond basically walking off into the sunset.

Many now think Tom Hiddleston could become the front-runner for the role after he was reportedly spotted meeting with Bond producers, but nothing will be official -- including Craig's departure -- until Eon Productions, which produces all the Bond movies, releases a statement on the matter.
