I just have one comment. Not to carp or complain, but dang, no musical nod for Once? Yeah, ok, I constantly plugged it on this blog, but dahhh, dangit. The thing rated 98% on Rotten Tomatoes and was given the official seal of endorsement from none other than the almighty Steven Spielberg.
Oh well. It's enough to see so many indies taking center stage. Since Once didn't get the nods (not even original song? come on), I'll be throwing my two cents in for Juno, which did get noms for Motion Picture Comedy, Actress, and Screenplay.
