Will McIntosh

President
Fandango & NBC Sports Next

As President of Fandango & NBC Sports Next, Will McIntosh leads NBCUniversal’s portfolio of direct-to-consumer digital businesses in entertainment and sports, which develops innovative transactional and content technologies that enhance leisure and recreational time for millions of consumers each month and help drive business and efficiencies for partners.

McIntosh was elevated to the position of President in June 2022, adding digital entertainment to his existing responsibilities as head of NBC Sports Next, a division of NBC Sports and home to a portfolio of digital platforms in golf and youth and recreational sports. In this role, McIntosh oversees leading entertainment brands: Fandango, the nation’s top movie ticketer; world-renowned movie and TV recommendations destination, Rotten Tomatoes; and premium on-demand streaming service, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu). The sports brands under his purview include golf tee-time booking and course technology platforms GolfNow and TeeOff; golf membership and video content platform, GolfPass; and leading youth and recreational sports technology provider, SportsEngine.

Previously, McIntosh served as the head of digital for NBC Sports’ golf businesses. During his tenure, McIntosh was the primary driver of more than 15 mergers and acquisitions that have proliferated company growth. Since 2009, McIntosh has driven the strategy and growth for GolfNow, now the golf industry’s No. 1 technology and services company. In 2016, McIntosh led NBC Sports’ entry into youth sports via the acquisition of Minneapolis-based Sport Ngin – rebranded as SportsEngine – the leading provider of sport-life management software and mobile applications for sports organizations, coaches, parents and youth athletes.

Prior to joining NBC Sports, McIntosh owned and operated his own business ventures within the hospitality industry, focusing on interactive marketing and software development. McIntosh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in financial management, from Winthrop University where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a graduate of Comcast’s Executive Leadership Forum and was named one of SportsBusiness Journal’s prestigious “Forty Under 40,” honoring the best young talent in sports business.

Jerramy Hainline

EVP, Fandango & NBC Sports Next

As EVP, Fandango and NBC Sports Next, Jerramy Hainline is responsible for the overall management of Fandango’s online movie ticketing business and NBC Sports Next’s golf tee time booking and course management software platforms. Fandango serves more than 50 million unique visitors per month with its leading U.S. online and mobile ticketing platform; world-renowned movie and TV recommendations destination, Rotten Tomatoes; and premium on-demand streaming service, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu). In addition to leading Fandango’s ticketing operations, Hainline oversees theater partnerships and strategy, exhibitor and studio relationships, and customer service.

Hainline also leads NBC Sports Next’s GolfNow business, the largest golf tee time booking and course technology platform in the world. GolfNow is the global leader in providing electronic tee sheets, point of sale systems, booking engines, and websites for public and private golf facilities. Hainline managed the development and implementation of GolfNow’s Golf365 Pro technology, which has become the industry’s best-selling golf course management software and currently installed at thousands of golf courses.

In addition to his involvement with charitable organizations in the Central Florida area, including Special Olympics and The First Tee of Central Florida, Hainline also championed the creation of NBC Sports Next’s Better Together initiative. Better Together is designed to strengthen communities and NBC Sports Next culture through focused programs that promote inclusion through education, resources and community impact.

Previously, Hainline spent 10 years with Hilton Worldwide in an increasing sales leadership capacity. He is a recent winner of the Orlando Business Journal’s 2022 C-Suite Awards and lives in Orlando with his wife and four daughters.

Jason Cuthbertson

Chief Financial Officer

Fandango & NBC Sports Next

Jason Cuthbertson is Chief Financial Officer for Fandango and NBC Sports Next, a sub-division of NBC Sports and home to the company’s technology platforms and digital applications in Golf and Youth & Recreational Sports, including GolfNow, GolfPass, SportsEngine, and others. He also is responsible for movie ticketing platform, Fandango; world famous entertainment review destination, Rotten Tomatoes; and on-demand streaming service, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu).

With more than 22 years of senior financial leadership, including 11 years with NBC, Cuthbertson’s role as head of finance and operations includes traditional finance functions, as well as revenue, pricing and payment operations, M&A and growth initiatives, and enterprise performance management.

Cuthbertson joined NBC Sports in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer of SportsEngine, the leading team and club management technology platform in youth sports. Subsequently, his role expanded to incorporate NBC Sports Next in 2019 and Fandango in 2022.

Prior to joining the NBC Sports Group, Cuthbertson was the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for NBCUniversal Local, NBCUniversal’s media division serving local audiences in 31 U.S. markets and Puerto Rico, and with NBCUniversal’s Operations & Technical Services. He began his career with IBM, serving in various roles in accounting, finance, and treasury.

A Certified Public Accountant, Cuthbertson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. A native of Frostburg, Md., Cuthbertson currently resides with his family in Hopewell Junction, N.J.

Claire Ripsteen

SVP, Marketing and Partnerships

Fandango

Claire Ripsteen leads Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for Fandango, the nation’s leading online movie ticketer; Fandango at Home, the on-demand streaming service offering the industry’s best selection of new release and catalogue movies, and next day TV shows; and world-renowned entertainment recommendations destination, Rotten Tomatoes.

Prior to joining Fandango & NBC Sports Next in August 2024, Ripsteen served as Head of Entertainment Partnerships at Epic Games, where she led the entertainment and automotive activations for Fortnite, Rocket League, and Fall Guys. Previously, she was VP of Global Marketing Partnerships at Marvel Studios within The Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for brokering global partnership deals with Fortune 500 brands for various Marvel Studios titles and leading the franchise’s international partnerships efforts. Ripsteen also has extensive entertainment industry background with over 15 years at other entertainment studios, including Sony, Universal, and Focus Features, where she held a series of senior level marketing and partnerships positions.

Ripsteen graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Political Science and now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and dog Midge.

Dana Benson

SVP, Communications & Community Impact
Fandango & NBC Sports Next

As Senior Vice President, Communications & Community Impact for Fandango and NBC Sports Next, Benson leads public relations, corporate and internal communications and community impact efforts for NBCUniversal's Fandango and NBC Sports Next digital portfolios, including popular entertainment and sports e-commerce and content publishing platforms Fandango, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu), Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, SportsEngine and more.

Prior to joining Fandango, Benson was Director, Public Relations at Disney Interactive where she led public relations efforts for The Walt Disney Company's Internet businesses including Disney.com, DisneyFamily.com and Babble.com, and Disney-branded online games, virtual worlds and mobile apps. Benson has held senior positions at top family entertainment and technology companies including Hasbro, Mattel and Broderbund Software, and public relations agencies Edelman, BHI and The Lippin Group.

Benson earned a B.S. degree in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing, at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Jason Davis

SVP & GM Rewards and Gift Cards

Fandango & NBC Sports Next

As SVP and GM, Rewards and Gift Cards, Fandango & NBC Sports Next, Jason Davis is responsible for the management of best-in-class customer loyalty, promotional rewards and gift card programs across the division’s entertainment and sports portfolio, including Fandango ticketing, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu) on-demand streaming service, GolfNow tee time booking, and more. Davis oversees all operations that help connect major brands and their consumers with blockbuster movies, TV shows, and golf rounds at leading courses, through innovative promotions and customer loyalty programs.

Fandango, Fandango at Home gift cards are available at over 75,000 retails across the country and through direct-to-consumer sales online. Davis also works closely with NBCUniversal's Digital Media Sales unit for integrated campaigns and cross-media planning, using Fandango's movie ticket, concession rewards and virtual rewards to help drive customer engagement and purchase intent. Davis and his team are currently extending their gift card, rewards and loyalty capabilities to the NBC Sports Next brands, including GolfNow.

Prior to Fandango, Davis was EVP of Marketing and Product Innovation for Quantum Rewards, a consumer loyalty and incentives company and creator of Hollywood Movie Money™, the nation's most widely accepted promotional movie certificate. Quantum was acquired by Fandango in 2013. Prior to that, Davis was SVP, Product and Technology for Examiner.com, where he managed the product development, creative, technology and project management teams.

Davis spent more than six years at The Walt Disney Company in various senior level positions. Most recently, he was the VP of Disney Online, responsible for business management, product development and operations for all Disney-branded online and mobile entertainment products and online destinations, including the #1 online destination for kids and families, Disney.com. While at Disney, Davis and his team won numerous awards for their online and mobile products, including an Emmy Award for interactive media.

Kerry Samovar

SVP, Head of Legal and Business Affairs

Fandango

Kerry Samovar serves as SVP, Head of Legal and Business Affairs for Fandango, the ultimate digital network for all things entertainment. In leading the legal and business affairs group, he is responsible for structuring and negotiating Fandango's contractual relationships, setting legal policy, supporting M&A activity, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, and other legal, administrative and business affairs activities.

Samovar oversees legal and business affairs functions for all properties in Fandango's portfolio, which includes online ticketers Fandango; world-famous entertainment recommendations destination, Rotten Tomatoes; and leading video on-demand streaming service, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu).

Samovar has served in several senior legal leadership roles at technology and media companies, including SVP & Deputy General Counsel at Rovi Corporation (now known as TiVo), SVP of Legal Affairs for Gemstar-TV Guide, and SVP of Policy & Legal Affairs and Chief Privacy Officer for Ticketmaster. He has also served as the General Counsel of StyleClick, a publicly traded e-commerce company controlled by IAC, and General Counsel of New.net, an Idealab-funded domain name and search company. Samovar also worked in legal and business affairs at Universal Home Entertainment, Universal Television, and USA Networks, where he was VP of Business & Legal Affairs, after starting his career at Latham & Watkins.

Samovar holds both a JD and BA from UC Berkeley.

Justin Tupper

SVP, Content & Strategy

Fandango & NBC Sports Next

Justin Tupper leads content and strategy for Fandango’s world-renowned entertainment recommendations brand, Rotten Tomatoes and NBC Sports Next’s golf membership and video content platform, GolfPass. Tupper is responsible for building content and monetization strategies to accelerate growth across sports instruction, entertainment lifestyle and travel verticals, and driving streaming engagement for NBCUniversal’s Fandango & NBC Sports Next brands.

Tupper is a seasoned media and technology leader, entrepreneur, and sports streaming pioneer. Before joining NBCUniversal, Tupper built one of the leading global golf streaming and retail businesses, as the founder and CEO of Revolution Golf.

After Revolution Golf was acquired by NBC Sports, Tupper transitioned into an executive role overseeing the company’s Golf subscription streaming strategy. Under his unified vision of building Golf’s premier membership program, Tupper has built a world-class team and has helped grow GolfPass to golf media’s largest and most engaged audience.

Tupper is a long-time mentor for Comcast’s SportsTech accelerator and lives with his wife and two dogs in Orlando, Florida.

Cameron Douglas

SVP, OTT/Streaming, Fandango

Cameron Douglas is Senior Vice President of OTT/Streaming for Fandango and heads the company’s video-on-demand streaming service Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu), one of the industry’s leading digital retailers in the transactional space. An over 20-year entertainment industry veteran, Douglas oversees content and merchandising for Fandango at Home, offering hundreds of thousands of movies and next-day TV shows, along with an extensive library of 4K and HDR titles, to buy or rent without a subscription, and upwards of 30,000 movies and TV shows that viewers can watch free on demand.

Douglas began his career holding various analytics and senior marketing roles at Disney, Fox, DreamWorks, and Paramount. He moved into the digital entertainment space in 2013 as SVP of Content for M-GO, the DreamWorks Animation/Technicolor joint venture, prior to its acquisition by Fandango and rebranding as FandangoNOW in 2016.

He has overseen multiple years of double-digit growth in this era, beating the market with a focus on content and core consumer experience. With the acquisition of Vudu in 2020 (rebranded Fandango at Home in 2024), Fandango has firmly established itself as the No. 3 player in the competitive transactional space and Douglas and team are strategically positioned for the next phase of the premium video market.

In 2018, Douglas was elected Chairman of OTT.X (formerly the Entertainment Merchants Association/EMA), the trade group for the home entertainment industry. Douglas is a Stanford University graduate and earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and is a longstanding member of Mensa.

Amanda Norvell

SVP, Direct-to-Consumer Services

Fandango & NBC Sports Next

As the Senior Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer Services for Fandango and NBC Sports Next, Amanda Norvell works, dreams and lives with the convergence of technology, sports and entertainment.

Norvell is a proven sports media strategy and operations leader with more than a decade of experience spearheading new global sports ventures and successful consumer products that drive revenue, consumer acquisition, and loyalty.

Amanda currently oversees the strategy and day-to-day operations for the products and services within Fandango’s world-renowned entertainment recommendations brand, Rotten Tomatoes and NBC Sports Next’s GolfNow portfolio including GolfPass and RevolutionGolf. In her previous role as VP, Marketing for GolfNow, Amanda developed and executed a data-informed strategy that grew market share and drove new revenue by developing the company’s first direct-to-consumer subscription program, GolfPass (formerly known as GolfNow VIP).

Previously, Norvell was Director of Public Relations, TRUE Marketing and Manager of Social Media, Universal Orlando Resort.

Norvell is a mentor for NBCUniversal’s Young Professionals Network and for Comcast’s SportsTech Accelerator, and a Board Member for Youth on Course.

Simeon Hardy

Vice President, Human Resources

Fandango & NBC Sports Next

As Vice President, Human Resources for Fandango & NBC Sports Next, Simeon Hardy brings more than two decades of human resources experience, including 14 years with NBCUniversal, to a role responsible for overseeing talent development, recruitment, organizational development and compensation.

Hardy joined NBC Sports in 2009 as human resources director for GOLF Channel. Subsequently, he transitioned to a similar role for the golf businesses within the NBC Sports digital portfolio, including GolfNow, the world’s leading tee-time service; and GolfPass, golf’s most comprehensive digital membership – both now part of NBC Sports Next, the technology and innovation division of NBC Sports, which launched in 2021. In 2022, Hardy added human resources oversight for NBC Sports Next’s youth and recreational sports technology platform, SportsEngine; movie ticketing platform, Fandango; world-famous entertainment review site, Rotten Tomatoes; and on-demand streaming service, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu).

Prior to his roles with NBCUniversal, Hardy was part of the human resources leadership teams at Hilton Grand Vacations in Orlando, as well as at several Hyatt Hotels around the country. Hardy earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University and a master’s in Business Administration from Webber International University. He also is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. He lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife and three daughters.
