High-school senior Dorian must come to terms with being homosexual as he tries to decide whether or not to come out of the closet. Dorian is picked on at school for being effeminate, and is wary of telling his extremely conservative father how he feels. To make matters worse, Dorian's mother is indifferent to him, and Dorian's brother Nicky is the quarterback of the football team, with the boy's father making it clear to both how proud he is of Nicky.
