    Had it's moments ...

    If you're a Will Ferrel fan, you'll probably love this. If you aren't, it will be a touch 90 minutes to sit through. Jokes are canned, formulaic, and predictable (typical Ferrel schtick). Nothing to surprising here.

    It also tries really hard to be the next Napoleon Dynamite.
