No Stranger to Suspense.
One of master Hichcock's finest films is Strangers on a Train. The movie, like all of his others brilliantly weaves unbearable suspense, with taut direction, and superb performances. The premise is complex,a psycopath meets a tennis player, kills his wife, then tries to frame him for murdering his own wife. The suspense really poured on in the ending scenes, which were some of the best enders I've ever seen.It all ends on a carousel. The way Hitchcockcan just effortlessly bring on the suspense is on display here. The whole picture is masterfully put together, and the performances,as in every Hitchcock movie are fantastic.A Must-See.One last thing, look for the master's cameo!
