Bryce Dallas Howard, The Help
2011 Summer Movies
My favorite actress from the minnie jackson she stood up for which she believed in she reminded me of myself in so many ways. I was happy she stood up for the south as well as found her a job after she got let go. She kept me laughing threw the whole movie I also had tears
Emma Stone, because the entire cast of Zombieland can do no wrong.
Emma Stone and Viola Davis! They are both outstanding talents! Actually they all rock!
Oh my gosh, I just LOVED Bryce Dallas Howard. She played such a horrible person.
I definitely nominate Viola Davis...she puts her heart into the role and the movie wouldn't be the same without her. You go girlfriend!
Viola Davis is the standout actor in this movie. Her talent amazes me and I do feel she deserves an Oscar. As a matter fact, she is the stand out actor in all of her movies.
Viola Davis is by far the best actor in Hollywood. I watched "Doubt" only because of Meryl Streep but came away with this wonderful impression of Viola Davis. She is a stand out!
My favorite actress from The Help is Viola Davis. She has done excellent jobs on tv and other movie roles, but she does not receive the recognition she deserves. She did a fine job on this role......and in my opinion, needs to be nominated for an academy award.
myhusband and i really love octovia spencer as minny she is fantastic in this movie. she really knows how to play this role from back then and she makes the most delicious pies.
Emma Stone, but they all were great!
I cannot say as I have not yet seen the movie. I am in the process of reading the book...and don't want to see the movie until I am done. Can't wait to finish so I can go the theater! The book is great!
Octavia Spencer, the character she portrayed was shaded with hints of my wife. This prize pack would make amazing gift for her while she's in Afghanistan.
Octavia Spencer was the best. I liked all the actresses, but the character of Minnie was the one that made me laugh and cry, sometimes at the same time. It was an amazing film and she is an amazing actress.
Viola Davis is my favorite actress in The Help. I admire her courage. I'm grateful she accepted this role. With true talent and artistry, she connected to her character perfectly and with her audience. She communicated a very important message with elegance and dignity. I am truly inspired by her.
Though I loved all of them, Bryce Dallas Howard was brilliant. The look on her face as she watched Yule Mae being arrested was chilling! My daughter and I read the book before seeing the movie. Bryce Dallas Howard did an excellent job of bringing the character of Hilly Holbrook to life.
emma stone for sure
Octavia Spencer because she makes such good pie!! She continues to get better with each role she plays. i enjoy watching her movies.
All of the women were incredible, but Bryce Dallas Howard's portrayal of Hilly Holbrook was flawless. I disliked her from the first scene she was in!
Emma Stone, She is an amazing actress and I have loved every movie that I have seen her in.
Emma Stone. Why? She's funny and beautiful
I love Emma Stone. She is a fresh new face to me. I have seen her in a couple of movies and I have enjoyed her work.
My favorite actress from The Help is Bryce Dallas Howard. Although she played Hilly Holbrook, a mean, cold hearted woman, Bryce played her role perfectly. In the book they talked about how Hilly always had that smile but behind it was hatred and mean and thats exactly what Bryce portrayed. She was awesome and they could not have picked a better actress.
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
