We all know how consumerism and corporate greed has a dark side, but you've never seen it like this before. The movie Branded has just unveiled a new trailer for the Comic-Con crowd, and in it, we see how some corporations have created a global conspiracy – manifested as monstrous creatures that latch themselves onto humans – in a dystopian society to keep people dependent on their products. The graphics themselves are visually interesting with the story taking on a Matrix-like feel. The one man who can actually see these creatures rise up is the film's unlikely ax-wielding, code-breaking hero.
The film hits theaters Sept. 7 and stars Ed Stoppard, Leelee Sobieski, Jeffrey Tambor and Max von Sydow. Check out the exclusive trailer below.
