This weekend, the animated adventure comedy The Croods will introduce audiences to the most memorable stone-age family since The Flintstones. The cave-dwellers of Kirk De Micco and Chris Sanders’ film are rocked out of their comfort zone and forced to embark on a lengthy journey into the proverbial future … where they’ll discover such “modern” amenities as fire and the wheel. 

 

Families often are celebrated in animated comedies, primarily because those working behind the scenes at the imagination factories like Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks and Blue Sky understand that it will be parents and kids sitting in the theaters checking out the latest family adventure on the big screen.

 

So while you are busy grabbing tickets to The Croods and preparing to embark on their mission alongside them, pause for a minute and share with us your choice for the Favorite Animated Family.
