You better get used to these shortlists full of people auditioning for roles, because this is the next logical step in our quest to know every little detail about a movie before it hits theaters. What was once a race to announce who's signed onto a role is now a race to determine who's trying out for said role, which inevitably leads to stories like this one.
Christopher Nolan's next Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises, is on the hunt for two female leads, one a love interest and one a villain. As for the villain, sources claim it's Talia Al Ghul, daughter of Ra Al Ghul, the villain from Batman Begins (played by Liam Neeson). The love interest is still unknown, though some claim Nolan may bring back Vicky Vale, who was featured prominently in Tim Burton's first Batman film (and played by Kim Basinger).
