The Avengers are back and ready to battle threats from the deadliest foe of all, Ultron. Kick off the return of the superheroes to the big screen (in theaters May 1) with an Avengers party! Themed decor, games and food are all that you need to get into the spirit. This adventurous breakfast bar is a great birthday party idea for little Avengers fans. And we think even moms and dads with something to celebrate will also be happy to belly up to this bar.
Black party bags with yellow foam windows double as party favors and decor. Attaching paper versions of the Avengers logo and Ultron’s helmet to craft clothespins make the bags easy to hang and form a cityscape wall that makes a great backdrop for the party.
Fill glass containers with cereal for guests to scoop themselves with themed armor handles. Thor’s hammer Mjolnir scoops out Cheerios (or Thor-rios), while Thanos’ coveted Infinity Gems are colorful Trix cereal scooped out with his Infinity Gauntlet. Tony Stark’s Iron Man arm rounds out the threesome as it scoops out Honeycomb cereal which look incredibly similar to Tony’s arc reactor.
No cereal bar is complete without milk, and Cap’s milk bar comes in three colors, red, white and blue. Mini quart-size milk jugs are easy to handle and the perfect size for serving different kinds of milk.
Wanna know his secret? It’s matcha! Hulk’s green tea blueberry muffins make a smashingly good addition to this milk and cereal bar.
When you’re fighting super villains you need energy, and fruit is a great source for keeping you strong. Hawkeye’s fruit arrows are fun and tasty all on their own, but add a little lime and some of Scarlet Witch’s Chaos Magic chili powder and your fruit suddenly gets an extra special kick!
Superheroing is hard work, but quenching your thirst is easy. Black Widow’s nickname is Black Pearl, and boba drinks are surprisingly easy to make at home. Boil up some boba, add it to a glass and pour in your favorite fruit juice. Don’t forget the special boba straws.
Test your speedy skills with a Quicksilver game. Lay out 20 pieces puzzles for all your guests and see who can put theirs together the fastest.
There are no strings on this party, it’s an all out superhero bash! Suit up and throw your own Avengers party to get ready for Avengers: Age of Ultron!
