Did Tom Hiddleston Just Tease a Loki vs. Hulk Showdown?

Could a Loki versus the Hulk showdown be coming to the big screen sometime down the road?

Tom Hiddleston, who plays the devious troublemaker with a fondness for the color green talked with MTV about his character's return in Thor: The Dark World and what potentially lies ahead fo the character.

On the overall tone of Thor: The Dark World:

“It’s a roller-coaster, no question. It’s full of ups and downs and loop-de-loops and twists and turns. It will take you to places you haven’t seen before.”

On Loki and Thor’s relationship in the sequel:

Loki has a very complicated relationship with Thor. He is an agent of chaos without equal in the world he inhabits. He knows his true nature. He knows he doesn’t belong in the family of Asgard, and he’s locked away in the beginning of the film in the deepest, darkest recesses of the dungeon as public enemy number one.”

On the future of Loki, post-Thor sequel:

“I do feel like there’s some unfinished business between Loki and the Hulk. I feel like he didn’t get a fair fight. Who knows [if he’ll get another chance]. You’ll have to see what happens in Thor: The Dark World to find out where Loki finishes up.”

Joss Whedon has already said that Loki will not appear in the Avengers sequel Age of Ultron. That being said, Marvel likes to drop subtle hints about what it's planning. Could this be one of the things it is stirring around?

Would you like to see Loki return in a Phase Three Marvel movie to face the Hulk or do you think the character has pretty much had his run on the big screen?
