    Fantastic!! Stupendeous!! Exhilarating!!

    I had never seen Funny Girl prior to the special screening at The Egyptian. Admittedly I am not a fan of the classic movie musicals. Singing the Rain, Oklahoma, Hello Dolly...not so much! But I do love Barbra and figured if I was going to see this film (like it or not) seeing on the big screen would be just the thing. And I am in love with this movie!! Barbra was in top form. Funny, brassy, sassy and a balls out DIVA. Actually all of the characters and their actors were great. Not a bad one in the bunch!!

    I will definitely be buying the dvd. I highly enjoy attending screenings of classic films. Maybe to see them on the big screen again after many years since its release or to see it on the big screen for the first time. The Egyptian, Nuart, Aero and other theaters are a blessing!!

    Seeing This Movie On The Big Screen Was Amazing!

    I have always loved this movie and they recently had a screening of it in Hollywood at the Egyptian Theater and it was so awesome to be able to see it that way. This is by far one of Barbra Streisand's best films she definitally deserved to win an Oscar for this film. This is one of the funniest musicals that I have ever seen, and the music in it can't be beat. Whether you're a fan of musicals a fan of Barbra or just a fan of movies in general this movie is not to be missed!
