This movie could be the new "Sleepless in Seattle".
I almost didn't go to see this movie. From the previews I thought it was just another "cute child finds dad a new mom movie". But this movie has a new format. (You have to keep awake, or you won't be able to keep track of the time travel.) Although the storylines are common, the dialogue is fresh enough, and, alright, cute enough, to keep the interest level going. (It is hard to hear a young child say some of the dialogue, but believe me, it's not language that would be out- of- the- ordinary today.) There is even a degree of mystery, so the viewer isn't sure how the movie will end. Although for the most part unknowns, the actors are overall good. Summary: I try to avoid reading reviews before going to a movie. I ultimately went to this one, because it stayed in the theaters longer than I thought it would, and I went to see why. Now I know.
