MASK POLICY
We are following the public health recommendations from the CDC and adhering to all local mask mandates.
At locations where there is not a local mask mandate, we strongly recommend that you wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking.
Masks are required for everyone who attends Kid Friendly, All Ages, and Sensory Friendly screenings until vaccines for children are widely available.
PROOF OF VACCINATION
Local regulations at some locations require all guests to show proof of vaccination when entering Alamo Drafthouse. Please check your local government website for information about acceptable proof of vaccination, including for out-of-state visitors.
STAY HOME IF YOU'RE FEELING SICK
PLEASE. If you’re coughing, sneezing, or think you might have been exposed, don’t risk it. We’ll gladly refund your purchase.
COVID-19 WARNING
As you know, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or even death. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Although we have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 at our cinemas, we cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while visiting an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.
By visiting an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, accept full responsibility for any injury to yourself or your child(ren), and release the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives.

AMC Safe & Clean
AMC Theatres remains committed to the health and safety of our guests and crew. We continue to listen, learn, and evolve to keep our theatres Safe & Clean.
Maximized Fresh Air Flow & MERV 13 Filters
Fresh, outdoor air is constantly circulated in our theatres by opening HVAC dampers, running supply fans and by running exhaust fans 24/7. Our filtration systems have also been upgraded beyond the industry standard of MERV 8 to MERV 13 filters. MERV 13 filters capture the tiniest of droplets, which could contain the COVID-19 virus, whereas the industry standard MERV 8 filter does not.
Masks Not Required Unless Locally Mandated
Masks are not required for fully vaccinated guests. Guests not yet fully vaccinated are required to wear a mask throughout the building. Masks may be removed while actively enjoying food and drinks. Masks available to purchase for $1 if needed.
Thoroughly Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
Throughout the day, common areas and high touch points are routinely cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected.
HEPA Filter Vacuums
We routinely vacuum carpeted areas using vacuums with HEPA filters, which are proven to trap 99.97% of airborne particles.
Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes & Hand Sanitizer Available
Take advantage of the sanitizer and Clorox® disinfecting wipe stations throughout the theatre, especially at concessions, before and after pouring your favorite Coca-Cola Freestyle® drink.
AMC Continues to Meet or Exceed State and Local Mandates
We follow area mandates. If masks are required by mandate, masks must always be worn, only to be removed while actively enjoying food or drinks. If a mandate requires proof of vaccination, please be prepared to follow the mandate specifics, and show your vaccine documentation and photo ID if required. There will be visible signage at the theatre to inform you of these requirements.

Since March 17, the day we were closed, Atlas Cinemas has been working on reopening plans and safety protocols for our staff and guests. We are a local, family owned theater business that believes in our community, and understand that there is a lot riding on us reopening successfully. We do not take our responsibility lightly. We are continuously evaluating local, state and federal guidelines to assure that we provide a safe, clean and fun atmosphere for all. As always, Atlas Cinemas is committed to our guests, employees and local community. We plan to provide you with the safest, best experience and look forward to seeing you again at the movies.
Here is a list of basic safety procedures at Atlas Cinemas:

We will also continue to deep clean auditoriums, bathrooms, and surfaces nightly. Seats, cupholders and railings will be wiped down regularly and nightly.
- Safe Social Distancing- We will have and maintain appropriate physical distancing as recommended by the CDC and Health District. Signage will be in place to help guide guests, and staff will be proactive in implementation. Auditoriums will have lowered capacities to allow our guests to spread out, and we ask our guests to help us in maintaining social distancing in the auditoriums. We ask that groups sit at least 6 feet away from other groups and groups be limited to family that came together. Please respect the health and wellbeing of others at all times.
- Stay at Home if you are sick- All staff will be screened daily for wellness, and as is the normal policy, will be required to stay home if they are sick. We also ask that our guests stay home if they do not feel well.
- Protective Personal Equipment- All staff will wear masks while on duty at the theaters. In addition to handwashing stations for staff, we will also provide hand sanitizer and gloves for use. All staff will be required to use these items properly. We have installed additional protection like plexiglass shielding at service stations. This is to provide the extra layer of protection for our guests and staff.
- All guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online if possible, to cut down on contact points. Staff cash and credit handling will be limited to reduce risk and exposure, as food handlers will not be taking the orders. These functions will be separated to cut down on contact points as well.

CLEANING & SAFETY STANDARDS
FREQUENT & THOROUGH CLEANING: Including high-touch areas throughout the theatre.
- Restrooms are cleaned every 30 minutes during operating hours, including door handles, toilets, handles, sinks, countertops, soap dispensers, faucets and baby-changing stations.
- Auditoriums are carefully cleaned before every showtime. For your convenience, seat wipe dispensers are available.
AUDITORIUM SEATS CAREFULLY CLEANED BEFORE EVERY SHOWTIME: Before you set foot into our auditoriums, rest assured that your seat and surrounding areas have been carefully prepared for you.
Auditoriums are also disinfected using pressurized sprayer equipment every morning to reach all seats, armrests, tables, footrests and cup holders. This fast-drying and non-toxic method allows us to thoroughly and evenly apply products identified by the EPA to be effective in eliminating COVID-19.
For extra assurance, seat wipe dispensers are available for any guest who wishes to re-clean their seat.
ADVANCED 3-POINT AIR QUALITY STANDARD: Cinemark’s stringent air quality standards are designed to deliver an abundant supply of fresh outdoor air, maintain optimal air circulation, eliminate potential pollutants and, of course, provide our guests with a comfortable temperature and humidity level.
- 1. Increased fresh-air rate. We are substantially raising the fresh-air rate of our building HVAC systems by constantly utilizing supply fans to increase the total volume of fresh, outside air flowing into our theatres.
- 2. Smart-flow air circulation design. Each auditorium within the theatre has its own HVAC system, which consistently diffuses fresh air from the ceiling down toward the floor where it is then returned to our filtration equipment, constantly refreshing the air.
- 3. Elimination of pollutants. Cinemark has upgraded to MERV 13 filters in each auditorium’s HVAC system to capture the majority of particles and pollutants.
Additionally, our vacuums are equipped with HEPA filters identified to be effective in trapping at least 99.97% of microscopic particles, including viruses such as COVID-19.
ENHANCED EMPLOYEE PROTOCOLS: For the safety of our communities, we are requiring employees to wear face masks and complete a wellness check-in prior to each shift. Additionally, all theatre employees are taking part in enhanced training on cleaning and food handling.
GUEST SAFETY & WELLNESS
PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Guests are encouraged to practice physical distancing where appropriate.
MASK & VACCINATION POLICIES: In accordance with the CDC recommendation, face masks are required for non-vaccinated guests and strongly encouraged for all other guests, except where required by local mandates. - We have reviewed our food handling procedures to ensure that we are minimizing risk.
- All Food Service staff will wear gloves and masks and will sanitize their hands at least every 30 minutes of their shift.
Employee Safety
- Staff will be given temperature checks at the beginning of each shift in order to help ensure employee and guest safety.
- Staff with a temperature will be sent home and paid for that shift.
- Before returning, staff must be fever free, without medication, for 48 hours.
- We reserve the right to perform additional temperature checks during shifts.
- As stated above, face masks are mandatory in all common areas of the theater may be removed when eating, drinking seated for your movie in the auditorium.
- We ask that guests who have a temperature, or who are not feeling well for any reason, please return at another time.
- Movie theaters are social gathering places where guests may encounter other patrons and employees. We will do everything we can to provide enhanced health and safety measures, but COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Your group may not be able to be seated together if reservations are not made in advance. Groups should call the theater at 321-723-4143 to arrange seating.
If you're nervous about the idea of public viewings, private group showings are also available during this time. Groups should call 321-723-4143 for details.
Groups must follow social distancing requirements and are strongly encouraged to wear face masks while not seated and in common areas such as the lobby, concessions, and restrooms.

Anyone with a temperature or signs of illness will be asked to go home for the day and will be asked to stay home until they are safe, healthy, and ready to return.
A Clean Facility:
There are a number of ways we are going above and beyond to keep our facilities clean. Every high contact surface will be cleaned and sanitized at least every 30 minutes and more during high volume times. Designated team members will actively clean surfaces throughout the day in addition to our nightly deep cleaning for all surfaces and areas of the building.
We have increased the amount of time between shows to allow for thorough cleaning of each auditorium including the seats, armrests, handrails, doors, and surfaces. Every area of the building will be monitored and supported by our team to assure cleaning is a constant practice.
We also have sanitizer and sanitizing wipes available as needed to keep you safe during your visit in addition to measures designed to limit interaction and contact with other guests.
PPE for all Team Members:
Our team will wear masks at all times while working and additional PPE including gloves will be utilized when handling food, beverage, and any other item that will be handled by you or our team.
In addition to training for every team member on all safety and sanitation measures we are spending extra time covering the importance of PPE and keeping each other safe using these elevated measures.
Frequent Handwashing
All team members will be required to wash and sanitize their hands throughout their shifts and at least every 30 minutes. Extensive training on proper handwashing, cleanliness, and proper use of PPE will be administered at time of reopening and periodically as needed.

Phase 1 Of Re-opening For City Base Entertainment
Standards and safety procedures for guests and staff
Welcome Back
We asked the guest to participate in our safety procedures and without your participation it makes our success going forward much more difficult. We wanna make sure that everyone has a safe, fun movie going experience and make sure that our staff is protected at the same time.
If You Feel Sick
If you have any symptoms don't risk it. If you are sick please think about others just like you would want others to think about you. Stay home. If you've purchased a ticket we will work with you when you get better and reimburse you.
PPE Also Known As Personal Protective Equipment
The governors orders do not require Texans to wear face masks, but we strongly recommend that everybody wears a face mask where you cannot properly social distance yourself by 6 feet. When you're in the movie you will probably take your face mask off to eat your concessions and enjoy your movie, that is fine. Please be considerate if you happen to cough from accidentally drinking your soda the wrong way. Please be considerate and put on your mask and go somewhere where you can clear your throat. We don't want to make any other guests feel nervous during this time. We hope you understand.
Payment Options And Procedures
We will have money procedures put in place with safety procedures to limit the transfer of contaminated money by not recycling money received by guest to give to another guest. Employees will be able to sanitize their hands or gloves in between transactions if they receive cash. We do recommend everyone use a non-contact pay method such as Apple Pay, Samsung pay or credit card /debit card. For those cash transactions we will have designated areas assigned for this.
Also, if you would like to purchase a gift card you are welcome to do so. City Base is equipped with front facing card readers so our employees do not have to touch your card, you simply insert the chip or swipe your gift card with with no human contact.
Upon Your Arrival Into City Base Cinema. Here are the following protocols for each area.
Entering The Theater Pre-Screening
We will have a member of our team physically greet you and pre-screen every guest and every employee that comes in the theater. Note: Every employee will need to go through a pre-screening process to check on their wellness and to be in compliant with the Governors orders upon entry. Our team member will ask you a couple simple questions and show you some signs to make sure you don’t have any symptoms or to make sure you have not been in contact with anyone who has the COVID-19 virus. If you question yourself at all, we will kindly ask you to consider others and will give you a refund for another day.
Ticketing And Box Office
We will be opening up our box office and all tickets can be purchased digitally and outside of our box office. You have to practice social distancing while standing in line 6 feet apart from one another for outside purchasing of tickets. We will have door greeters to help minimize your contact with high traffic, hard touch surfaces such as door handles. We will also be offering sanitizer by our kiosks, that will be frequently cleaned in between transactions. If you use any of the apps you can also scan using the barcode reader so you don't have to touch anything.
Bar
We will have a designated line just for the bar. There will be stickers on the floor to maintain a 6 foot social distancing. We will also display all our offerings on our bar TVs so you don't have to come in contact with any menus or hard surfaces. Our bartenders will not handle any sort of payment but simply make your drink. We will have a designated cashier to handle payments.
Concession
We will have lines separated by social distance and markers to practice social distance for guest. We will have a cashier that is designated to only taking your order and not touching any food products. Back bars will be put into place to prep and serve your food and drinks. You will then pick up your order at another section of the concession stand away from the cashier. If you do qualify for a refill we will not take your old cup or bag. We will simply replace your cup and your bag with a new one. Once food is passed to a Guest it cannot go back into the concession stand. We will simply ask you to throw it away and if we need to replace it, then the manager on duty will assist accordingly. All condiments such as salt, butter, utensils and napkins will be given upon request. Food items will still be picked up at our hot food window. We ask that you please practice social distancing while you wait for your order.
Movie Theater Ushers
Our team members are going to work really hard to make sure that we put every sanitation measure given to us by our state and local government and The CDC in place for your safety and theirs. Our team will be sanitizing every hard surface such as handrails, door handles, seats and any other surfaces our guest can come in contact with. Our team members will also be cleaning the restrooms frequently. They will clean restrooms every 20 minutes and sanitize all hard surfaces. Our team will have designated sanitizing solution and disinfectant that will not be cross contaminated into other areas such as theaters, concession stand or restrooms. We are also thinking ahead and providing larger gaps in between shows to give more than adequate time for our team to clean and sanitize the theater properly.
Management team
Our managers have made a sworn commitment to make sure that all these procedures are put into place every single time. They will be going through the facility to make sure that the employees are practicing all procedures and conducting good hygiene. If anybody that is not participating or not helping us follow the guidelines given to us by our federal, local and State government, the manager will proceed with actions necessary to resolve the issue. The manager on duty has the final decision to rectify the situation. The managers are working hard to make sure that the cinema and the industry comes back strong and healthy. Anyone, including our staff that does not comply with our policies will be asked to leave. We take this extremely serious. If you have any questions or concerns you can always email us at info@gotocitybase.com
Arcade Room
Unfortunately, the arcade will remain closed until we can figure out a safer way to clean each game properly and frequently per each use. We will keep you updated as soon as we have a solution or the situation changes with the virus.

Message to our patrons about Novel Coronavirus COVID-19
The presence of the coronavirus COVID-19 worldwide reminds us of the importance of taking care of ourselves and one another, as we come together to watch movies at Cityplex12. Out of an abundance of precaution, we are proactively taking action to cut in half the number of seats we will make available for each show. With this action, we are facilitating the “social distance” between our guests who still want to see movies on the big screen, in order to prevent the spread of the virus.
Our management team is committed to keeping the theatre as clean and sanitary as possible. Here are some of the additional steps we are taking:
- In addition to our regular cleanings, we’re frequently disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including countertops, door handles, and railings. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own personal sanitizing wipes to clean seat armrests. Please dispose of all wipes properly.
- Our staff is committed to keeping their hands clean and sanitary and have been instructed to stay home if they’re not feeling well.
Some helpful reminders for all of us:
- Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly and always before eating or drinking. Wash for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, and use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer to kill germs.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth, and face with unwashed hands.
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue. If you use a tissue, dispose of it in the trash immediately.
- If you have cold and flu symptoms, or are not feeling well, please stay home. We look forward to welcoming you back to the movies when you’re feeling better.
- If you are a person at high risk for serious illness from COVID-19, please familiarize yourself with the Center for Disease Control’s recommendations for protecting yourself from transmission.
We will continue to monitor this developing situation closely and comply with recommendations and instructions from our local and state health departments. We appreciate your cooperation and patience in keeping our film community as healthy as possible.

Each auditorium has its own HVAC unit, which studies show can fully circulate air at least every 20 minutes. We have transitioned from commercial grade air filters up three levels to trap over 95% of particles. Our vacuums have always used HEPA filters that trap at least 99.7 percent of microscopic particles.
Vigilant Sanitation
The cleanliness of our theatres has always been a top priority. We continuously monitor shared spaces throughout the day and clean auditoriums between every show. A professional cleaning service is used to thoroughly sanitize each night.
Employee Health Training
Employees have been trained to meet the demands of our heightened safety environment. In addition, all staff must pass a health and temperature screening prior to their shift. They wear masks and gloves throughout their shift.

D’Place Entertainment is committed to maintaining safe, clean, and approachable facilities. The health and safety of employees and guests is our top priority.
It has been a few months since we were asked to close our doors in order to do our part in flattening the curve of COVID-19. When the time is right, we are committed to re-opening and offering you the safest and best entertainment experience possible.
We have missed you and are looking forward to your coming back! Rest assured, we are taking the responsibility of keeping our team and our guests safe which is why we are asking for your cooperation in doing your part to make sure that we do not have to close our doors again because, as it would be for many small businesses, a second shutdown would be catastrophic to our cinema's existence.
So, please read and understand the following procedures and policies we will be operating with when we reopen. We invite your comments and suggestions as we all continue to learn the best ways to go about in this new normal.
Tickets
We have always offered online ticketing with a lower base ticket price online than at the box office but now more than ever we encourage you to buy your tickets online. This will limit your interaction with our staff and help you get to your seat quicker. Should you decide to buy your ticket in person at our box office, please understand that you will pay more and the process will be slower. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Seating
Due to our stringent safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting the number of tickets sold to each performance and requiring that guests leave 2 empty seats on either side of their party (the aisle count as 2 seats). This policy should still allow for plenty of good seating options to still be available for our guests.
All seating will be designated as general seating, so please arrive a little early in order to find seating that is properly spaced from other parties. We ask that guests be respectful of the empty seat rule that management will be strictly enforcing. Any guest who does not wish to comply or is not happy with the seating placement recommended by our staff will be provided a refund and asked to leave and return to a different showtime.
Masks
For the foreseeable future, all our staff will be wearing masks to help limit possible contamination. We kindly require that you do the same. Should you not have a mask, we will have them available for purchase. Guests will NOT be required to keep the mask on during the time they are seated in the auditorium with their party, however we ask that you do wear a mask in all common areas, like the lobby and the restrooms and as you arrive and exit the facility.
Guests will not be admitted without a mask and guests who again choose not to comply with this safety measure will be provided a refund and asked to return at a later date when masks are no longer required.
Snacks
We will continue to serve you with our amazing popcorn, ice cream, pizza, and other concession items that you know and love. There will be marks on the floor in front of the concession stand in order to maintain social distancing while waiting in line. Please respect those markings for everyone’s safety. At this time, we will be unable to provide refills on our Large Popcorns and Drinks. As an extra incentive, the price of the Large Popcorn will be adjusted to match our Medium Popcorn Price during the time that we are unable to offer refills.
Cleaning
In addition to our usual, aggressive cleaning procedures we are now implementing a number of other sanitizing procedures including frequently sanitizing high-contact surfaces such as door handles, countertops, bathroom stalls, faucets, railings, etc.
We will also be adding additional time between showings so that each auditorium can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each screening. Employees will be on hand to hear your concerns about safety and sanitation in our theater. Feel free to reach out!

There will be marks on the floor in front of the concession stand in order to maintain social distancing while waiting in line. Please respect those marking for everyone’s safety. Staff will be wearing gloves, when appropriate.
- Cleaning: We will be sanitizing high- contact surfaces frequently. This includes all door handles, counter tops, bathroom stalls, faucets, railings, etc. Seating will also be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of each screening. Employees will be on hand to hear your concerns about safety and sanitation. Feel free to reach out!
- Health We will be monitoring the health of our staff and doing temperature readings to ensure their heath before they come to work. While we will not be doing temperature readings for customers, they will be available on request. Finally we are requesting that you stay home if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
All of these procedures are subject to change as the situation evolves. We will make sure to keep you informed of any modifications to our safety procedures. Should you have any questions or concerns, as a staff member for assistance.

The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted every aspect of our lives, from the way we live and work to the way we interact with others, purchase basic necessities, and spend leisure time.
As we re-open our theatres, we recognize that we will be operating under a new sense of normalcy.
During this period, we want to assure our guests that we have taken every necessary precaution to combat the spread of the virus in our facilities. Our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our guests, employees, and communities.
Therefore, we have developed a contract for our team members and our valued customers. The Fridley Theatres' Commitment to our Communities agreement represents a promise to Iowans and Nebraskans that we will diligently uphold our sanitation and cleanliness protocols. It is our vow that we take this virus seriously and that we will make every effort to ensure the safety of each individual in our theatres. Simply, it is our commitment to community.
For our employees, the pledge will serve as an obligation and reminder to adhere strictly to all COVID-19 policies/procedures. For our guests, it asks them to make small sacrifices for the greater good, and it affords them a sense of confidence as they enter our complexes. When this notice is on display at a Fridley Theatre, it means that we are working hard to deliver a clean, comfortable, and safe movie-going experience.
The following list of measures, developed in conjunction with recommendations from the WHO, CDC, National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), and the National Restaurant Association (NRA), is the foundation for our broader COVID-19 policy. It outlines the basics for what a guest can expect when they visit one of our locations.
Ultimately, we believe in the ability of our managers to implement and enforce these items, and we believe in the selflessness and care of movie-goers to stand up for one another. Welcome back to the movies!
