This movie was realistic in the showing on how the Intelligence Industry really work's. Sorry if some get bored, but it entails long hours of lots of superfluous garbage to find what you are looking for. I think the Director did a fantastic job of showing the BS that takes place and also of someone trying to take the credit for some other persons work. Overall, I believe that it was a Great Movie!!!!!!!!!

Good, but you know the ending...

Well worth the ticket price....but not the best picture, I think Lincoln is the best. Good suspenseful buildup to the climax. Solid acting but as one reviewer said Jessica Chastain's character must have had a makeup-hair stylist at all times - not quite as gritty as reall life I would bet. I think everyone would enjoy the behind the scenes look at this event.

Not So Great

Beginning torture scenes and the final attack are pretty interesting but the rest is just about the redhead badgering everyone to continue in her direction. I should have just waited for the DVD rental.

I would expect more from this subject and from this director... But it turns out a boring and long stretched story without appealing characters and engaging plot. This story should have been a pinnacle of all anti-terrorist dramas, instead the only thing you deduce from it is that BinLaden was found by chance and without much effort. Considering that everyone knows the ending of this story, the only thing what attracts the viewer is HOW it was done.. But this film fails short from telling about it in a engaging and interesting way.

A serious even-handed telling of one of the most momentous events since WWII. Thankfully lacking in Hollywood caricatures. It's so gratifying to learn about the brilliant, dedicated and determined intelligence officers out there working the fence lines for us. Argo is enjoyable but not nearly this good. This is the real thing and told well.
