    Funny, Yet Something Missing

     by  riley_luvr_13

I just saw this on DVD a few days ago. I thought some parts were drop dead hilarious, but others were just plain boring. Still, Travolta, Allen, Lawrence, and Macy had great chemistry together and were funny. If only the script had been a little better...

    Funny Moments burried in boredom

This moive had some funny parts, but the story was really boring otherwise. I was debating whether or not to finish watching it, but I wanted to see how the whole delima created by John Travolta would playout. It was a bad decision as the ending is completely unrealistic. Also, John Travolta's character is the only one that doesn't have a change in his life as a result of the adventure. John C. McGinley, who portray's a gay police officer in this film, IS NOT FUNNY, it is truly painful to watch. He was equally bad in "Are We Done Yet?" I will never knowingly go to see one of his movies again.

This movie was really funny and I enjoyed it very much. I was impressed with the acting and everything flowed very nicely. Go and see it! You won't be disappointed!
