My 16-year-old son and my 44-year-old self just got back from the 12:00 am viewing. The movie is fantastic! After wasting my money on Zohan, yawning through Get Smart, I was ready to see a SUMMER MOVIE! WANTED is great. Do not take younger kids. (Too violent, a few pretty graphic sex scenes. We left the 12-year-old home with Dad who had to go to work in the morning.) I will definitely go see the movie again with dear hubby! The theater was filled with mostly young men. I was one of a very few women. The stunts are mind-blowing. Not one moment of boredom. You are fully engaged from beginning to end. WOW! Go see this movie! BTW, did I say the stunts were AWESOME!! Interesting story line, great plot, great acting, the actor playing Wesley was great. So believable. Of course Angelina Jolie is great. She doesn't saw a whole lot, but does she really have to? She has such a "presence".

great special effects and action sequences!!

u might not like the plot but everything else was top notch!! its a great movie if u love action packed films!! i love love loved it not so much the storyline but the action, the special effects, the bad *** kick *** scenes were great!! it was great how they made it look so real! its very bloody tho!!

Curvy Bullets!

So, the thing about action movies...
They have to deliver in "new and exciting" ways.
Well, Wanted definitely showed up with the goods!
Yes, the bullet-time effects were a little Matrixy
and the main character narration was a little Fight Clubby...
But this movie was freakin' amazing!!

Plenty of eye-popping scenes, nicely choreographed action
and seamless visual effects.

Worth seeing in the theatre!

Wanted.......

Wanted is definitely a must see......had to be one of the best movies so far this year. The action scenes and stunts were unbelievable. I plan on seeing it several more times and buying the DVD when it comes out.

Between Angelina Jolie, James MaCavoy, the cars and the guns, this is two solid hours of a total turn on. Starts fast and doesn't let up intensity the entire time. Suspend all belief in physics and gravity then hold on to your seat. WELL worth the time... a totally new storyline and concept. Great movie.

Best action film in a long time

I went to see the first showing at midnight not exactly expecting anything special. As it turns out i grossly underestimated this film. It was action packed, funny, and very well made. If the Wachowski brothers directed office space it may have been something like this. Good twist and unbelievably cool shooting sequences. I highly recommend this to any fan of action films, plus Angelina Jolie is smoking hot.

This movie exceeded my expectations. It was adrenaline packed from start to finish! Very entertaining! And James Mcavoy was the perfect person to play the main character.

Best Action Movie Of The Year

An absolute must see. The storyline was an updated comic book series that was done perfectly. There was more action at just the right time, perfect humor and the movie never slowed. You will leave craving more.There is no doubt a TV series or a sequel will be in the works. absolutely well done. Casting was Awesome. Special effects top notch. storyline a thing of beauty. Get out there a see it. Must see on the big screen, would have loved to seen it in IMAX.

Great driving, great Matrix type action. Story line looses something along the way. Also way too much sex excess up front. Totally unnecessary to the story. I didn't feel that the story came together in the end, although there is explanation given, it feels as if something is missing to make all the pieces fit right and it doesn't actually give the audience sufficent clarity for the events. I would watch it again several times for the action. Loved the cars and driving scenes. Unreal but who cares.......was great.

ONCE AGAIN ANGELINA JOLIE DID HER THING... SHE IS A GREAT ACTRESS.. THE MOVIE WAS GREAT.. THE EFFECTS WERE AMAZING.. I LOVE ACTION MOVIES.. WITH SOME HUMOR IN IT AND THIS MOVIE IS THAT.. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE... I WILL BE WATCHING IT AGAIN

Great summer action flick

I enjoyed the premise of the movie, that of a ordinary Joe who is sick of his life and feels like a nothing discovering he has a great hidden talent inherited from a father he never knew. The action scenes are amazing reminiscent of The Matrix. Angelina as always is entertaining and though Morgan Freeman didn't have a huge part he is always good. Definitely worth seeing especially if you are an "action junkie".

Wanted: Hadn't had this much fun since the first "Matrix"...

Neo might have had problems dodging these bullets, red pill or not. Incredible visuals and a tight story line made this a movie I'll see twice.

Want more out of this movie...

Although the concept of story has been really appealing, I was wondering what's the story about the people.. the history, how did it all began.... and why. Although it's genetic, I'd like to understand what is the core point of this story. We're sick of the meaningless life we're having in this country, okay I got that, and it's a real life to be out of the cage, I got that, but it seems to be a theme in a lot of movies since "The Matrix".... what's the true "oomph" to this story?? That's what I'm wondering.. but the action, the lines, the, "I am sorry" line while the car was flipping over the bulletproof limo.. all so great.. but... umm.... ya know what I mean??

Wanted, this movie has all the attractions sex, car chase, fighting, shooting, killing and hit men in a fraternal organization. The movie has a good story line that you could follow to the end. Morgan Freemen play?s an excellent roll as Sloan the leader of the organization of hit men who hands out selected persons to be assassinated. Good action all the way around. No snoozing in this movie, it has all the action packed adventure a fan can want. This movie is not for the squeamish a lot of blood flowing and hanging dead bodies for hit men to practice their perfection on to kill. If you?re a fan of hard core blood shed this is your movie.
Actor Morgan Freeman saves this movie. With his performance he upgrades the movie to attract a larger audience. Of course, Morgan Freeman whatever movie he is in is always a great performance. I have never found him to be disappointing.
