My daughters had recently been turned on to the old TV series, and we went on a Veronica Mars marathon to be ready for the movie. I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. It was fun and suspenseful. It held true to the show with many of the old characters. I am excited to get the DVD to watch it again.

Loyal viewers of the show will be very *very* happy, new viewers will be able to follow the movie as well thanks to the introduction at the start of the film. Not much for me to say without giving too much away, but most fans in the theater were cheering and I am going to see it again today!!

I have always missed the series and still watch repeats. So I was thrilled when the movie came out and after seeing it ,was like a closure now I know what happened to everyone because before it was like they left you hanging. There was one point in the movie that I jumped because I didn't expect what happened to happen so that was cool. I think the whole movie was fantastic and I can't wait it for it to come out on DVD because I will definitely be buying it. Thank you to the whole cast for making the movie I think you all did a great job and it was great to see you all again.

A super-sized TV episode, and that's great

Non-fans of the show may be a little lost for a bit, but it's funny, sharp, and entertaining. It's a pity the class divide doesn't explored quite as much as it could, but there's only so much ground a movie can cover while still being enjoyable.

The movie was very well made. I was a TV fan and I went to the theater with someone who had never heard the name Veronica Mars before this Friday; we both enjoyed the movie. This is a PG-13 movie; the gestures and themes would have still required that rating; but, the language could have been TV clean without taking away from the story. The movie ends by closing some doors in Veronica's universe; however, I don't think the doors are locked -- future projects going in almost any direction would be very easy.
