How do you stop a man who won't quit?

Kirk is a great story-teller and this is the greatest story ever. Some scenes are a little intense (for kids anyway) and some of the stylized sequences are probably too long but all-in-all it was well worth the admission price. I think the current generation of "young people" could certainly gain a fresh perspective on the "why do bad things happen to good people" question by seeing this "movie".

Disappointed

I was expecting this to be about why we have Faith. Not sure now what it was about. Love Kirk, love his past works, but I'm scratching my head on this one.

I really loved the message of this film. Bad things happen to good people but it's not the end of the story. There were parts of the film that were difficult to watch because of a strobe-like effect for me. Some moments the music was louder than I personally would have liked, but it didn't detract from the movie. We took our almost 12 year old and she understood what was going on. We all choked up several times. We would love to see more movies without the vulgarity and indecent behavior that is so prevalent today. Please bring us more movies that teach kids and families morals, modest behavior. I enjoy watching movies where you feeling like talking about the story or issues rather than take a shower to scrub off the filth.

Great movie! This is a good movie to watch after reading the book "wild at heart" by John Eldridge. Talk about a movie that stirs something up inside. I loved it! All the glory goes to our God! Jeremy

Great Movie - Great Music - So-so Venue

The movie was great! It was everything I had hoped for . . . something I can't usually say after seeing a movie. Do it again Kirk :) Unfortunately the venue was disappointing. They added a second theater as the first one sold out. They should have added a third as it was far too crowded in both rooms. Clearly there was technology problems as well. The picture was good for the most part, but there was a misplaced frame every 10 seconds or so at different parts of the film. I'm not sure if that was a problem at the source end that affected all viewing locations, or if it was just local at our viewing location. And then there was the time the film just stopped for about 5 seconds. What was that? I'm not sure if I just imagined it, but when the film started again, it seemed to be a lower resolution. Again, the film was great! But when I pay full price to go see a film, I expect the picture to be flawless, and I expect to be able to sit beside my wife to watch the film :(
