A no holds barred account of God's UNSTOPPABLE love, mercy and grace towards all those who love Him and call Him Lord. Regardless of our circumstances, and our inability to see why bad things happen - we can truly trust that God loves us and has a plan for us and that He is working that plan through us through each and every circumstance! Kirk Cameron artfully leads us through the Bible showing us how this has been true, historically, through the ages - and continues to be true today. Awesome music from Mandisa and Warren Barfield and testimonies from guests that you won't want to miss!

We took our four boys to see it in the theater. They loved the scenes depicting some well-known stories of human depravity. The movie ignited some great questions and the resulting conversations have been great as well! What a great witnessing, discipling tool!

I was unexpectedly disappointed with this movie. I like Kirk Cameron very much, so wanted to like it...but alas, it was not to be. None of the women in my group felt it met their expectations. Entirely too much time was spent on the scenes of Adam being made out of the earth, the Cain killing Abel account was much too lengthy and graphic, and there were no loose ends tied together between the intial salvation history narrative and the account of Kirk's friend whose 15 year old son died of cancer. I know the problem of good and evil is larger and longer than time itself, but I did think Kirk would at least share his own conclusions, or at least some insights into what he had learned about the role of suffering in our lives. Even the technical aspects were left wanting: numerous times I could see where the editing was done during Kirk's initial words, which surprised me, in that it wasn't a smooth transition. It was puzzling that the introduction to the film was longer than the film!

What really pissed me off was the pre-movie religious revival and interviews. I bought a ticket to see the movie not see and listen to this bullshit. The movie was so-so and answers nothing.

WOW! This was a powerful presentation that every Christian should see. While we will never have ALL the answers until we get to heaven, this movie gives us a glimpse of the way God works and thinks. It helped give me a different way of looking at life's tragedies. My heart goes out to the bitter commenter that believes that there is no God. I pray they will some day find the true peace and happiness that can only come from a relationship with our Creator.
