It was fast paced, I was on the edge of my seat most of the time. The relationships between the characters had a great flow. I don't see a lot of movies but I have never seen one that starred Denzel Washington that I didn't like. It was a great time at the movies.

Without a single doubt one of the better films I've seen for quite some time. Denzel Washington simply worked wonders in this film. In my opinion, it was one of those movies that keeps you on the edge of your seat, just waiting for something incredible to happen. Chris Pine also performed remarkably well, and while I was disappointed that it wasn't Denzel who stopped the train, I was still very pleased with this film in general. The only downside to this film in my opinion, was that it ended. I could watch this movie so many times and still get all riled up when they start going in reverse in pursuit of the runaway train. Overall, a magnificant film. I would reccomend this move to someone who enjoys suspenseful, action-packed thrillers.

This movie get's you right from the start. From showing a young guy having to work right away with getting respect from the veteran railroad employees. Chris Pine really handles his screen time with Denzel Washington very well. Rosario Dawson makes you feel the urgency that exits outside of the two Engineers on Board the locomotive trying to catch the runaway train. Director Tony Scott really gets to the drama quickly while still telling the story of the characters' backgrounds. A wonderful viewing experience!
