“Temptation” is about a marriage counselor who gets tempted to go outside her own marriage and the consequences she’s going to have for her decision.
“Temptation” takes its viewers to movie school graduating with unforgettable life lessons. Don't go see “Temptation” looking for Madea, she’s not there. I don’t actually believe I laughed once. Not since “Fatal Attraction” starring Michael Douglas has a movie kicked you in the gut as hard for cheating. The movie is seriously bold and deliberate. Jurnee Smollett-Bell’s character transitions fast into someone no mother would be happy with. The men (Robbie Jones and Lance Gross) are more ripped and cut than your average husband and seducer. Kim Kardashian’s role only requires her to be herself. Mainstream critics will murder this movie, but Perry knows his audience and he delivers a home run with his message. You be the judge, I suggest you go see it for yourself.

I don't even know where to start. First of all, I am a HUGE Tylor Parry fan and watch ALL of is movies, but this was by far the worst movie I have ever seen. The acting is horrible, unbelievable and the dialogue is horrible. I tried to imagine being in that situation and the words just didn't make sense. Now having said all that, it could have been amazing movie because the message was priceless. At a time when people want to through things away and think all is better somewhere else, this needed to be said. Thank you but the movie was bad.

This is a great film and the message is outstanding, as always Tyler pick the right actors and actresses for each role. Good to see Brandy back doing her thing once again. Tylers movies may be predictable but the message we all need to get is alway there...Thank you Tyler this movies is good for anyone over 18.

If you are familiar with Cover, Temptation is a spinoff of it. However, I applaud Tyler for peeling back the covers on the sanctity of marriage, infidelity, sin and faith.

I rate this a B. Let me start by saying that I am not a huge Tyler Perry fan but enjoy some of his films. This story has been told before but I think the message bears repeating BEWARE temptation. You may just get more than you bargained for otherwise. The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence...even though it may appear that way. That being said go and enjoy.
