Mr. Perry hit a home run in this movie. I enjoyed it because it dealt with real issues that can plague a relationship if one doesn't do what they did to get someone to keep them as well. And, it goes to show that you never really know someone. People do change. I liked the way Mr. Perry dealt with sensitive issue once again like HIV. It wasn't about homosexuality. That was a plus. I could go on but, you get the message --- it's a movie most should see.
P.S. -- Vanessa Williams had one of the best lines in the movie near the end... I'm still laughing.

The whole movie was interesting and mind changing, but u understood where the mother was coming from with her concerns for her daughter. But the beginning had me when the counselor told the young lady let tell u a story about her sister, and it actually was her. Cudos Mr. Perry, awesome movie, can't wait on the next one.

The wifey made me see this movie instead of "Oblivion" and I paid the price...literally. This move was just terrible. It was predictable, boring and too long. This story could have been told in about 40 minutes. The acting was actually pretty good but not much to work with given this material. One bright note: Kim Kardasian looks good...

Very real movie. Would have had her mom and prayer group beat the living crap out of the duded but really did like the flow, the characters and the ending!

If you like Tyler Perry's melodramas, you will like this one, as well. The critics can say what they want, but Mr. Perry knows his audience and he delivers. I went to an afternoon showing and the theater was packed with movie goers who left happy and satisfied. Go and enjoy!
