Happy Birthday, Bella! Advance 'Twilight' Tix on Sale Oct. 1!

By: Lizerne Guiting on September 13, 2011 at 10:08AM Comments (34)

Happy Birthday, Bella Swan! We have a special announcement to make in honor of our beloved Twilight celebrant: Tickets to Breaking Dawn: Part 1 go on sale on Fandango on October 1! Get your calendars out – that’s not something you’d want to forget.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in Breaking Dawn.

The film opens in theaters Nov. 18, so that gives Twi-hards plenty of time to get those tickets in advance – more than six weeks, actually. According to a recent survey, Fandango moviegoers named Breaking Dawn: Part 1 as the most anticipated movie of the fall season, and the scene they're looking forward to most is (SPOILER ALERT!) the infamous headboard-breaking honeymoon scene.  The wedding event and Bella's childbirth rounded out the list:
-          The Honeymoon 37%
-          The Wedding 32%
-          The Childbirth 31%

To sign up for a Fandango FanAlert  to be notified when tickets become available at your local theaters, visit the Breaking Dawn: Part 1 movie page and click on the "Get Tickets" button.

While you’re waiting, check out our Twilight Saga Guide for features, exclusive videos and photo galleries.

I can't wait ! Seems like we have been waiting forever for this to come out. Of course that could just be because I read the entire book in just 2 days. Just wish my Adopted Daughter, who introduced me to the TWILIGHT SAGA and let me read her books, I got my own set after reading all of hers. Dickinson, ND see you all there including Benjamin H.

I think it would be really cool if they ran both movies as one long "Twilight-In." We could get there in time for the noon show and not leave till early evening! I'd go!!

I can't wait!!!! My 14 yr old son told me he is going w/me this time to the midnight showing (not my daughte who went to eclipse or sister who went to new moon)..."U can go with them the next day instead of me" i was like u want to go w/ur mother where there will be 100's of teenage girls & he said I don't care (That's probably the reason why when we get there he will not be any where near me like most places.... I just won't let him have his ticket that will show him).... But I still can't wait even if I go by myself I have been counting down the days on my calander since July 100 days before Nov 18th!!!!!!!! And have watched the movies over again for I don't even know how many times and reread the books again for at least the 10th time ea

My husban and I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this movie since we went to the first (12am) showing of Eclipse. I'm just a bit frustrated though that we've all got to wait a year for the second part...UGH... The company would make just as much money if they only waited 6 months. Unfortunately, us "Twihards" don't have any say in the matter. If we did there wouldn't even be a second part or if there was, the release date wouldn't be a year later. Though a smart marketing move, it's going to cause a mental meltdown for some of the saga fanatics...

It's insane how much this love story has affected so many people -- Maybe I should say Infected . . . ? I can hardly believe that both my husband & I are among the ranks of these Twihard devotees. We don't even have kids!! I have not read Breaking Dawn because I prefer to see the movie 1st so that I'm less likely to be disappointed. All of this 'headboard' & 'flying feathers' talk is VERY interesting. Can hardly wait to see how they handle this.
