That being said, the movie was funny and enjoyable.I could watch the Cullens play baseball all day.The first time i watched it,i was disapointed because i had very high hopes as most of the fans did.The second time i seen parts that i missed and i really had fun watching it.All the l love you scenes in the meadow, were cheesey, but i have to say the Cullens made up for that, they were so cool.I loved JASPER,EMMIT,and CHARLIE(Bella's Dad). They were so funny. If you haven't seen it yet here's a spoiler,I LOVED IT WHEN BELLA AND EDWARD HAVE ALREADY CONFESSED THEIR LOVE AND EDWARD IS TAKING HER TO SCHOOL.HE'S WALKING NEXT TO HER WITH SUNGLASSES ON AND HE NOTICES GUYS LOOKING AT HER.HE'S LIKE OH!HE'S LOOKING AND HE PUTS HIS ARM AROUND HER.I thought it was funny. Also be warned they made edwards character seem more monsterouse and less human. The books are better of course.GO SEE IT , WE WANT THEM TO MAKE NEW MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in love with the books! it only took me 4 days to read Twilight twice and New Moon! I'm so excited for the movie, the trailors keep me so interested and all I want to do is continue to watch them. The movie is going to be different from the book as all movies are but I'm hopeing that the love story between Bella and Edward is just as good as the book describes it. I think that Robert really fits the whole Edward persona so I'm excited for that. It's so odd that Kristen is in this movie because I have met her way back through some mutual friends of ours! I'm excited for her and I hope she kicks ***as Bella Swan. Like I said before the books are amazing and I know that the movie will be just as good, I actually can't wait to buy the movie anyways when it comes out. Only 4 more days! Can't wait!

I knew not to expect the movie to be great or even good but I was shocked by the mediocre directing, acting and effects.
Don't get me wrong I adored the book...read it three times, but the movie makes anyone who is a fan of the book look utterly insane (to those who have not read it).
I felt as though I was watching a bad after-school special. It was humorous in sections that were clearly not supposed to be. I can't imagine why Summit Entertainment felt that this was a good adaptation of the book; it lacked any of the emotions.
"If" they make a sequel, first and foremost I suggest a new director and secondly, acting classes all around. I really like Robert Pattinson and look forward Little Ashes and How to Be - but I'd have to say I was disappointed in his portrayal of Edward.
If you go thinking that this is going to be one of the most ridiculous movies ever made then you may not be let down. Think- Rocky Horror Picture Show without the singing and a little more campy/cheesy.
