Better than MonstersU

By all measures, this movie is better for kids than MonstersU. If you are on a date go see the other; in all other cases see Turbo. Also, while I generally despise 3D, this one really works.

Kids loved it, Mom and Dad liked it

My 5- and 9-year old girls definitely enjoyed it. It didn't create the buzz around the house like Despicable Me 2 (minion toys everywhere now) or Monsters University (MU activity books scattered about), but worth the price of admission to see it in 3D--even for my wife and me.

I usually love going to all the animated movies , but this one left me"blah". My 2 grandkids, ages 5 and 9, weren't that thrilled with the movie either. In all, we were a little disappointed.

Cute movie

This was definitely a cute movie. A little boring in the beginning, but overall cute. I took my 9 and 12 year old, but the 12year fell asleep, so not really great for pre-teens/teens.
