    Just Good Entertainment

Through the Curve is just good entertainment - no deep message, no blood and guts, no nudity, no major profanity - just laughing, crying, agreeing, disagreeing, where the good guy get the girl and the bully "gets his," and spending an enjoyable afternoon at the movies. Go see it.

    the south

if you enjoy good ole boys, southern scenery and southern mindsets, well then you will love this redemptive story of following one's heart's desires. amy adams is palpably sumptuous and clint is his own curmudgeon self, emboldened even further by age itself, and its inherent lurking trials. throw in a tear causing rendition of 'my only sunshine' on a grave and there it tis,
    a must go choice. la,de,da

Baseball, romantic comedy and father/daughter flick

If you like Clint Eastwood, Amy Adams, baseball, romantic comedy, Justin Timberlake or any and all of the above, then Trouble With the Curve is a good night at the movies.
Each of the leads turns in a good performance. Add John Goodman and Robert Patrick in the supporting cast and you've got a Must See. There was enough baseball for b-ball fans and enough romance to make it a date-night movie.

    Trouble With The Curve

An excellent film. The father-daughter chemistry between Eastwood and Adams is very believeable. I'm a major fan of baseball films and this one did not disappoint. Having a daughter myself, I thought the relationship between them was touching and real.
I enjoyed the baseball perspective as well. The scouting side of the game is something not explored in movies very often, if at all. A definite must-see for all.

    Better than expected

Went to see Clint and enjoyed all. Well written and well performed. Enjoyable experience for everyone. You don't have to be a baseball fan to enjoy the story and enjoy this movie. Clint delivers again!

    Eastwood is still good.

Trouble with the Curve was a pretty good movie. A little predictable and one character was unnecessarily obnoxious. The baseball player being scouted didn't have to be a jerk. It wouldn't have changed the overall story.

    Great movie!

We really enjoyed it. The movie would have done just fine without the foul language.

I've seen it twice now. The story line is really good. Clint Eastwood, Amy and Justin are great together in this movie.
