    Morris Bliss Grows Up

Michael C. Hall is fantastic as man-child Morris Bliss, who grows up with the help of some crazy East Village characters and his hard but caring father. Loved a lot of the subtle touches and how the film didn't feel the need to hold my hand. Fun supporting turns by Brie Larson, Lucy Liu, Chris Messina, and Peter Fonda are the cherry on top of this sundae. Glad I got to see it on the big screen!

Very much enjoyed the movie. A good story with great comedic touches by Michael C. Hall, Brie Larson and the rest of the excellent cast, Chris Messina, Lucy Liu, Peter Fonda, Brad Henke, and Sarah Shahi. Great music too, reflecting Hall's half-Greek heritage in the film.

    The Trouble With Bliss

Actors were superb as was the camera work. The story builds so it feels as though it is in real time as the story unfolds, making it a realistic presentation of a young man who finally grows up, although a little late in life.

    Trouble With Bliss is Touching

The Trouble With Bliss is a charming, East Village movie that touches the heart of the East Village malaise in finding happiness in a frenetic city of self-indulgence. It's quirky, fun and meaningful. A definite go see.

    A great movie!

I absolutely enjoyed this movie, specially the chemistry among the actors, they all seemed very natural, very convincing. And It's always nice to see Hall playing a character that is not being surrounded by death. It was definitely every bit as good as I hoped.
