If you like action and mystery movies then this is a must see for you. It starts off really boring and kind of confusing. I was beginning to look around the theater and getting up for a drink or something. But after a while you begin to understand what is happening to the story. That's when it gets interesting and you want to learn more of what is going on. Lots of Action throughout the rest of the movie and Suspense. It will give you a sense to what terrorists are like and what they are capable of doing. Don Cheadle plays a great part in the film and so does his co star who is a bad guy in it. Again. I've heard of some people who just stop seeing after watching the first 10 or 15 minutes or so. Don't do that mistake. It gets interesting!

This is one of if not the best movie I have ever seen. It has the action drama and a major turn you will not see coming.

Traitor: Terror close to home

Living in the USA, we get complacent and comfortable. After all, there is no war going on here, is there? Traitor is an eye-opener as to just how local terrorism can be. People with means and money move from country to country at will, buying and selling bomb-making ingredients along the way while plotting and planning surpise attacks on innocent people. The movie also points out how extremists use religion to motivate the madness that is terrorism. One of my favorite comments in the movie was regarding people who burn crosses in other people's yards on Saturday night, then get up and go to church on Sunday morning as being no different than people who blow themselves up in public marketplaces around the world. Well-written and thought-provoking, this film makes me wonder how close to reality it actually is.

I enjoyed this movie immensely. I am a fan of Don Chadle but it was the movie's premis which is why I decided to go see this movie rather than wait to see on cable. I really enjoyed the current relivance and the depiction of the Muslim world post-9/11. I think as Americans we believe that most (if not all) Muslims are extremists and members of the Jihad, but that is far from the truth and the movie "Traitor" explores the depths of consciouness, religion and personal accountabilty beautifully and without prejudice. I highly recommend this seeing this movie, and I for one can't wait till it comes out on DVD so I can add it to my collection.
