Woody Allen is all that is wrong with modern films.

Give me a break. Woody should've made a film called 'To Seoul with love' where a creepy loud-mouthed Jewish guy who's all bark and no bite picks up twelve year old orphans and ditches his wife. That would've been a much more 'from the heart' film for ugly, wretched rat-creature Woody-yuck-Allen. Only thing pleasant about Woody's films these days is they look as old and generic as the little munchkin who makes them. To paraphrase what long-suffering Raiders fans said about Al Davis last couple years of his life: 'Just die baby.'

To Rome With Love - SEE IT!

This is Woody Allen at his best. Yes we are lifelong Woody fans, but this film kept us laughing throughout the entire movie. There are four very clever story lines weaving through Rome and the casting was excellent. We will see this again. We also loved Midnight in Paris, but this was actually a funnier movie.

We loved it

I notice that the reviews are very polarized. It seems that people either love it or hate it. Not sure why nobody in the middle. In any case, my wife and I loved it. Have not laughed so much for a long time.

A good, but not great, Woody Allen film

The four vignettes are amusing and entertaining. Is it Woody Allen's best? Maybe not, but it's well done and worth seeing.

Don't bother

I remember Johnny Carson interviewing Hugh Grant after he was arrested for soliciting a prostitute -- while dating Elizabeth Hurley, for heaven's sake. His first question was, "What in the hell were you thinking?" That same question could be put to Woody Allen, and for the same reasons. After Midnight in Paris, one of the best movies in several years, and his b est movie in a long, long time, this is a real disappointment. If you want to see pretty pictures of Rome, then at least you have a reason to go. If not, you're just wasting your money.
