    Quirky

    I opted to see this film because I love both Sean Penn & Francis McDormand. The film is unique and is set in the life of a former rock star, played by Penn's character. He's wealthy, eccentric and has obviously done too many drugs. He lives with his wife, played by McDormand. After his father's death, he sets out to find a nazi who his father was trying to find prior to his death. The film is slow in places but keeps you in the thick of it to find out what happens next. It's beautifully acted, smart and unique. Good story line.

    Sean Penn is fine actor

    Everytime I see a Sean Penn movie I come away saying this is one talented man. You have never seen him like this before and he's terrific. The movie is less than his performance.
