The World's End

Overall - It made me chuckle a few times - and it was an evening out..... However - I found myself saying "haven't I seen this movie / plot somewhere before"?? Typical British "cornball" humor. It was moderately enjoyable - but I wouldn't venture out on a rainy night to see it again even if I had nothing better to do at home.

Fun summer movie

The World's End was a great movie. If your a fan of 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'Hot Fuzz', you'll love this one. The crowd was cheering after the first fight sequence that changes the theme of the movie, and there were some great one-liners that had audience members missing the next line of dialogue. The six trailers(and stupid coca-cola commercials) that were before the movie were totally annoying. I was exhausted before the movie even started. Please work on this AMC. But moviewise, the flick was great, and it's nice that hard R rated movies are still being made.

Not as charming as Shaun of the Dead

Not as charming as Shaun of the Dead and not as exciting as Hott Fuzz, but a decent entry and a fitting end to the Cornetto trilogy.

Great Fun! If you need something that is not a thinking movie and ready for a laugh, this is the movie for you. Subject matter and language makes this movie not for kids. Appears made like a "low budget movie" but that is part of the charm of this movie. Kick back and be ready to enjoy the ride.

Left half way through

Loved Shaun of the Dead so I was very excited about The World's End. It was so boring and pointless I woke my wife up and suggested we leave rather than waste any more of our evening. Don't go.
