I loved the movie. My husband and I are still debating over the endless possibilities of messages the movie could send. Decisions have consequence. This is a must see.!!

If you're looking for an adult drama, look no further than this one. They don't get much better. Jeremy Irons turns in a significant career performance here, and team Cooper-Saldana aren't slackers either. Quaid seemed a bit out of place in this cast but he too delivered an effort worthy of notice. All summed together, this film works and works well. And it's refreshing to see Cooper doing something besides gutter comedy. This film's worth its ticket price. See it. You won't be disappointed.

My rating is between a "No" and an "Oh No". Point blank.... it was terrible. The entire movie is just someone reading a book while the scene plays out on the screen. It's bold-faced boring. Nothing exciting. Nothing you could even say "you saw that coming." There's nothing that ever happens. It's a poor attempt to be this deep movie, but written by a 10 year old kid. AND THEN....???????? The credits roll. WTF did I just watch? I don't even know what else to say. Just promise me you'll spend your money on something/anything else.

I thought it was a good movie, although I hated the ending and also could not figure out why the Olivia Wilde character existed. I think this story could have been told in a different way.

I was so looking forward to this movie but it was just dreadful. The entire story was so boring and introducing the stupid third plot with Dennis Quaid just made it worse. None of the characters are fully developed and the most interesting part of the movie is Bradley Coopers wardrobe. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
