First off, it was not scary at all. Not even in the jumpy sense. I wanted to like this. I'm somewhat a fan of Banks. But the plot was boring and that so-called shocking ending just made me all the more bored. Ehhh, awful.
At first this movie is your typical 'evil stepmother!' film, the ending though, is downright awesome. Overall a good film one of the best i've seen lately. Good for any horror/thriller/drama fan. If this movie had ended the way i thought it would it would have gotten a 'so-so' rating, maybe even a 'no', but the ending itself is not only clever but unexpected.
All in all I liked this movie but the ending is like ...woah!
The movie seemed very polished and I even was beggining to like the idea of the stepmother being evil, but this movie ended in disappointment with little to no scares and absolutely the most overused horror ending of Multi Personality Disorder. I say skip it and see something that actually scares....like Drag Me To Hell!
I am 10 but i totally understood this movie so i thought you people i think you should see it.I thought the story line was very good and i liked how it had the sixth sense kind of fell to it. I definentlly gave me some chills but it wasn't as scary as i thought it would be. It was more like a jumpy kind of movie.. I liked the whole story and fell to it that it was really the mom but i wont spoil it so go and see it it was a very good mystery and keeps you guessing until the very end. So you should go see it it doesn't matter at night or at morning because it wasn't that scary just a really good mystery!!!!!!!!!!
