    Don't waste your money

    Took my grandkids to see this. They liked the slapstick comedy, but I can't imagine it appealing to anyone over the age of 12.
    Whatever value this movie might have had was ruined by things that contributed absolutely nothing positive to the story line - one of the main characters was obviously a male actor playing the part of a nun and a final scene that had a "nun" in her head covering and a bikini. The most offensive and unnecessary scene was a "post-script" with two actors explaining that the hammers, etc. were actually rubber props - nothing wrong with what they said just that one of the was a body-builder type who had his shirt open and began talking while flexing his chest muscles - first one breast and the the other.

    Looks like a poor imitation

    Based on trailers, looks like a poor imitation of the original Stooges. Also, having watched some recent Three Stooges shorts in TV, it seems although their actions were acceptable in that time, in today's world Moe's abusive behavior toward the others would seem to be totally unacceptable.

    Remake Sorry No Make

    Some one should have said, this is not going to work. Leave this one alone. Original Stooges wold have been more fun to watch than this remake. Sorry, save your money and time.

    A flood of memories

    Very funny! Brought back a flood of memories from my youth. My kids loved it as much as I did!

    Hilarious

    Review from a movie snob

    I am an admitted movie snob. I love small, independent character-driven films. However, last Friday, finding myself in a state of sheer boredom, I walked into the local multiplex and bought a ticket for The Three Stooges. I honestly did not expect to like it. Boy, was I ever surprised when I found myself loving this movie. I do not consider myself a Stooges super fan, although I had occasionally watched them as a child. The actors were spot on. Will Sasso deserves an Oscar nom for literally becoming Curly...move over Meryl Streep...I can't say enough good things about the other two actors either. I will probably head back to the theater this week to see it again.

    I thought it was a cheesy, silly movie. Didn't care for it AT ALL and I grew up with the b&w Three Stooges on TV.
