For fans of Shakespeare this was an excellent film. Having read his works for years the language was not a problem, though may be for some. The acting was amazing and the change of Prospero to Prospera gave the film a twist that I felt empowered the character as one who saw the time to let go but shuttered the idea of leaving her exilment, but as long as her daughter was safe and happy that is all she could want. Powerful and appropriate effects throughout. Some slow points but I commend the film overall as an amazing adaptation to one of my favorite plays.

The costumes, makeup, acting, directing, cinematography/special affects, etc., were all amazing. The story was easy to follow, and it allowed for a full range of emotions. I will see it again. The film is geared for adult audiences. Superb...
