Winslet's character would be one of the most horrible in history if she was not so loveable. She is so great in this movie that it almost does not matter she is a pedophile nazi. Very relatable and understandable. The character is fully developed and grows throughout the movie as does the male lead.
THIS MOVIE CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD IT WAS WAY MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED IT WAS MIND BLOWING KATE IS AN AWESOME ACTRESS WHO I WILL FOLLOW FOR AS LONG AS SHE WILL ACT WHAT A PERFORMANCE
This is a beautiful movie. I was sucked in from the start. David Kross and Kate Winslet did an amazing job. If you're like me, you'll be so involved with these characters and you will not want to let go. I loved it.
What a slow depressing movie
A truly terrible movie...but its probably the best movie about an illiterate Nazi Pedophile ever (or at least top 5).
