    Can't mess with Will Smith

    If you're watching a Will Smith movie you are going to have a good time. plain and simple. This is one of his best emotional pieces.

    Wow!! Inspirational

    This movie is an eye opening film that will make you laugh, cry, and celebrate the life you live. The film unfolds a story about one man's hardships and his wonderful idea toward reaching a goal to support his son. It is completely awesome, but may be hard to take in all at once--very emotional. Really good. "Hey, Don't ever let someone tell you you can't do something. not even me. You got a dream, you got to protect it. People can't do something themselves, they want to tell you you can't do it. If you want something, go get it, period." --WIll Smith in The Pursuit of Happyness

    I didn't really like this movie.

    Just too much of a downer for me. I found myself ff through most of it. It seemed just too predictable although it did happy ending, which I liked. Will Smith's real life son was cute as a button, and Will himself, as always, a pleasure to watch. The movie just didn't do it for me. I give it a C+ for the happy ending.

    good movie, will smith and his son were really good in this.
    also it was sad, the funny thing was the saddest part was actually the the happiest part of the movie.
