    I couldn't sleep

    After seeing this movie, I spent most of the night being awakened by "strange" noises around the house. I love when creepy movies actually freak me out.

    Good Start, Bad Finish

    This movie showed so much promise at the beginning! I got through half the movie with my face half-buried in my hands. But the last 30 minutes are a joke. I've never gone from frightened to laughing during a horror movie before. The potential of this movie is lost; don't waste your time.

    Creeeeeppppy!

    I actually enjoyed the movie. It isn't your classic horror movie but the way it is filmed it is easy to believe that this is based on a true story. It was creepy and i was tense almost throughout the whole movie. It was good.

    Good story not scary

    "The Possession" is a jump out of your seat good time.

    If you're seeking a twisty tale of evil vs. good exorcism filled extravaganza this movie is for you and Jeffrey Dean Morgan makes it well worth it. Morgan lends a grounded, believable, charismatic influence to the pretty ordinary family portrayed here.

    The really good news is Natasha Calis who plays Em, the possessed one, pulls off a believable character and pulls you deep enough in to get a heart thump or two from suspenseful jolts.

    There's a bit of predictability throughout, but it kind of makes it a fun ride you've taken before and well worth taking again.

    worst movie of my life

    i had a free movie ticket and went to see this with friends and was so glad i did not pay for it. the movie had no plot and just completely sucked. after the first 15 minutes i left because i could not stand to wast 2 hours of my life. DONT GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!
