Finally! A CLEAN movie for kids

My two children, ages 7 and 4, truly enjoyed this movie. And I have to say that it was refreshing to finally see a movie that didn't have "questionable" words or phrases that many times I hear in other "kid's" movies, including Disney films. Although the plot was simplistic, you have to remember this is a KID'S movie and that is the demographic. It was clean, with humor directed at the children. Parents will appreciate that their kids can get up and dance and smile and sing throughout the film.

Kids who love Barney MIGHT like this, but save them from it!

Barney is more educational than this movie, and the Valley Girl imitation by the "clown" is poor language modeling to the extreme. Don't put your kids through this disaster movie. Side note: Mission Valley theaters requires tickets for 2 year olds, but were great about refunding me my $19.00 total price when I complained about the movie. Regal Theaters in El Cajon does not charge for 2 year olds.

Really touched by this movie. Not because it's some stunning cinematic achievement, but because it's teaching kids about teamwork and love. My three kids loved the Oogieloves. I'll blow kisses to them any day!!

Painful for adults

My 6 year old daughter liked it but for adults it's brutally painful. Lots of silly songs, dancing, simple plot, etc. Definitely a kids movie Sort of like TeleTubbies on acid. :-)
